The things that make Iron Man Ultra initially stand out is the very smart design and very low cost.

How Does Iron Man Ultra Work?
Iron Man Ultra contains Vitamins E, B12, Niacin and Zinc (all of which you can get from a multi-vitamin) There is also a proprietary blend added which contains ingredients such as L-Arginine, Maca, Horny Goats Weed and Oyster Extract.
The last 4 ingredients are actually very good ingredients for male sexual enhancement but The dosages for each one are very low, and in my experience is not enough to see excellent results.
Also it is very hard to read the ingredients and instructions on the bottle as the text is so small. Not a great sign if you ask me.
Does It Really Work?
I did see some small results while taking this supplement. They were not instant as they claim it would be. But i did see slight increases in my sex drive and desire for sex.
Would I Recommend Iron Man Ultra to my Best Friend?
I wouldn’t personally recommend it to my best friend because the dosages of each ingredients is so low and the results were not great. Also with the label being so hard to read it does make me wonder if they are trying to hide something.
You really do get what you pay for with sexual enhancement supplements.
